Chicken Gumbo
Yield: 1 Servings
1 sm chicken,boiled & boned
1 T gumbo spice
2 cps okdra,cut up
salt & pepper,To Taste
1 T gumbo file
rice,cooked
Place chicken back in the juice it was cooked in. Add gumbo spice,
okra & salt and pepper. In the last 30 min of cooking add gumbo file.
Eat over rice.
